We are not a 24 hour service, and we would rather say so than take your call at midnight and not turn up. During working hours we move fast: same week as standard, and same day for wasp nests in season. If something is genuinely urgent, call rather than emailing, and we will tell you honestly what we can do and when.
If you call during opening hours you will usually get one of us straight away rather than a voicemail. WhatsApp messages are typically answered fastest. Enquiries through the form get a reply as soon as we are off site, so if your problem is urgent, phone instead.
We ask you a few questions to work out what you are dealing with, which a photo makes much easier. For most jobs we then arrange a visit to survey the problem and give you a fixed price. You decide from there with no pressure and no follow-up chasing.
