Run by the same family you'll speak to on the phone

We're based at 30 Meadow Road in Alcester, covering Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding towns and villages. It's a genuinely family-run operation – Nick handles the domestic side of the business and his son Billy runs commercial contracts, so whichever side you need, you're dealing directly with the people who own the business, not a call centre passing your job on to the cheapest subcontractor.

Domestic

Homes across the West Midlands

Nick looks after our domestic customers – rats, mice, wasps, ants and every other domestic pest, treated discreetly with unmarked vehicles and your family's safety front of mind. No call-out fee when we treat – fixed price, every time.

Billy looks after our commercial customers – offices, kitchens, hotels, shops and more – with scheduled prevention contracts and audit-ready documentation.

How we work

Every job – big or small – starts the same way: a survey, an honest assessment of what's actually going on, and a fixed price before anything is booked in. Nothing hidden in the small print – the call-out fee is deducted from the cost when a treatment is carried out, and is just £40 for an advice-only visit – and no upselling.

Getting in touch

We don't offer 24/7 call-out, but we reply quickly during normal business hours, Monday to Saturday – by phone, mobile or WhatsApp, whichever suits you best. Appointments are usually same-week, with same-day response for wasp nests.

Stratford Pest Control frequently asked questions

Who will actually turn up at my door?

One of the family. Nick handles the domestic work and his son Billy runs the commercial contracts, and when you call, you are speaking to the people who will be doing the job. There is no call centre, no dispatch system and no subcontractors. The person who gives you advice on the phone is the person who has to stand behind it.

Are you insured?

Yes, comprehensively, for both public and employers' liability, on every domestic and commercial job. Certificates are available on request and we are happy to provide them before work starts, which commercial clients and managing agents often need for their own records.

What qualifications do your technicians hold?

Every technician holds the Level 2 Award in Pest Management, set jointly by the British Pest Control Association and the Royal Society for Public Health, and is a Full Member of the BASIS PROMPT CPD scheme, which means logging continuing professional development points every year rather than qualifying once and stopping. We are BPCA members and BPCA Registered Technicians.

Why use a local firm rather than a national company?

Because you get continuity. A national sends whoever is nearest on the day, which means re-explaining the problem each visit and dealing with someone who has never seen your property. We are small enough that the same people handle your job from survey to sign-off, and local enough that our reputation here actually matters to us.

Are you discreet?

By default. Unmarked, unsigned vehicles on every visit at no extra cost, and plain workwear on request. We do not advertise on your driveway.

Five ways we can help

Whichever side of the business you need, every job starts with a survey and a fixed price before any work begins – and the call-out fee is deducted from the cost when a treatment is carried out.

Speak to the family, not a call centre

No-obligation survey. Fixed, upfront pricing. Most jobs booked within a few days.
