Accreditation you can check, not just take our word for

Anyone can put "pest control" on a van. Accreditation is how you tell a properly trained, insured, regulated technician from someone who's bought a spray gun and a website. We hold ours because it's what you'd want from whoever's coming into your home or business – not because a customer asked us to.

Full BASIS PROMPT member

BASIS PROMPT is the industry-recognised Continuing Professional Development (CPD) register for pest control technicians, run by BASIS – the same independent standards body that regulates the agricultural and amenity pest sectors. Membership isn't a one-off certificate; it's an ongoing commitment.

  • Technicians log CPD points every year to stay on the register.
  • Covers current legislation, safe use of chemicals, and best-practice treatment methods.
  • Independently administered – not a badge we award ourselves.
  • You can verify our membership directly with BASIS PROMPT if you'd like to check.

What this means for you

Whoever attends your job is working to a nationally recognised standard, kept up to date year on year – not relying on training they did once, a long time ago.

BPCA members

We're members of the British Pest Control Association (BPCA), the UK's trade association for professional pest management.

The BPCA and the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) jointly set the Level 2 Award in Pest Management – the recognised entry-level qualification for professional pest technicians in the UK.

BPCA members, with Level 2 qualified technicians

Our technicians hold the BPCA/RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management, covering safe and effective treatment of the pests we deal with most – rodents, insects, and other public health pests – along with the law around how, where and when treatments can be carried out.

  • Correct identification of pests and the signs they leave behind.
  • Safe, legal use and storage of pesticides and rodenticides.
  • Treatment methods chosen for effectiveness and for your family's or staff's safety.
  • Awareness of non-target species and how to protect wildlife and pets.

Fully insured on every job

We carry comprehensive public and employers' liability insurance across every domestic and commercial job we take on – whether that's a one-off wasp nest or an ongoing commercial contract.

  • Public liability cover in the event of accidental damage during a visit.
  • Employers' liability cover for anyone working on site.
  • Certificates available on request – useful for commercial and landlord clients who need them for their own records.
  • Wasp treatments are guaranteed: if the nest is still active, we come back and re-treat it free of charge.

Certificates on request

Managing agents, landlords and commercial clients often need proof of cover for their own compliance records – just ask and we'll send it over.

Wasp treatment guarantee

If a wasp nest is still active after treatment, we'll come back and re-treat it at no extra cost.

Unmarked, unsigned vehicles

No branded livery, no signage – just a normal van on your drive or in your car park, exactly like everyone else's.

Discreet by default

Nobody wants a bright, branded pest control van parked outside their house or business for the neighbours, customers or staff to see. So we don't use one. Every visit is carried out from an unmarked, unsigned vehicle as standard – no extra charge, no need to ask.

  • Unmarked vehicles on every domestic and commercial visit.
  • Technicians in plain workwear, not branded uniforms, on request.
  • Paperwork and invoices kept discreet if you need them to be.
  • Particularly important for restaurants, food premises and offices where a visible pest control visit can cause more concern than the pest itself.

Five ways we can help

Whichever side of the business you need, every job starts with a survey and a fixed price before any work begins – and the call-out fee is deducted from the cost when a treatment is carried out.

Questions about our accreditations?

Happy to talk through any of it, or send over certificates and paperwork for your own records.
